Opportunities for Utilities and Rental Assistance

To effectively communicate and convey the key themes and messages of this program and clearly differentiate the state’s program from local jurisdictions ERA programs, we created a brand identity for the ERA program called OUR Florida (Opportunities for Utilities and Rental Assistance). Our team developed this simple yet clear and compelling brand that invokes feelings of ownership in the program and pride in the State. We have also outlined strategic marketing and communications tactics in our proposal response that will raise awareness of the program to eligible applicants. 

To successfully implement the OUR Florida program, we have designed a solution that ensures a seamless applicant process from introduction to the program all the way through payment. The OUR Florida solution begins when an applicant expresses interest in the program, either through the online portal, call center, or fills out a paper application. Additionally, the landlord can invite their tenants in arrears to submit applications through the Financial Assistance Management System (FAMS), our technology solution. FAMS serves as the intake portal for tenants and landlords and is also an integrated case management system that provides real-time reporting and analytics allowing the team to proactively manage all aspects of the program.

The content in the ads is not relevant to this program, but they have been provided to give you an idea of the type of video and digital/print ads that can be created to effectively communicate the ERA program to Floridians.
