RSM has a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to providing the services outlined in the RFQ to the State of Florida. Members of our proposed team spend 100% of their time serving public sector organizations, at both the state and local levels. Our team is led by grant administration specialists, including CPAs, CIAs and CFEs.

Firm Profile

RSM is the fifth-largest accounting firm in Florida with nine office locations and more than 675 Florida-based employees.

RSM’s five core values -stewardship, respect, integrity, excellence and teamwork- are the bedrock of our firm and our culture. They have endured throughout our 90-year history. RSM US LLP (RSM) is a national professional services firm, with the capacity—both in size and financial strength—to serve public sector entities like DCF exceptionally.

DCF deserves to partner with a respected national firm with strong Florida roots, and that’s RSM. You also warrant a firm that is committed to providing an experienced, knowledgeable engagement team that will give you the individualized attention that DCF and ultimately the citizens of the State of Florida deserve.

RSM will support eligibility review, quality control measures, fraud monitoring, post-payment review, and management support for this engagement.
